At the start of September, you walk into the mall. It’s still months away but you are not surprised to hear the never-ending jingle bells on the intercom, the Santa costumes and of course the bright lights and garlands everywhere. Christmas is finally here!The ~ber months
As the ~ber months arrive, people start counting the days when Christmas would finally arrive. You can certainly feel the change in the atmosphere when almost everyone you pass by is smiling or daydreaming about the gifts they’ll give or send. The ~ber months bring with them great tidings and joy as people start planning and decorating their homes. As December gets nearer and nearer everything starts to get brighter and more festive as people prepare for the most awaited holiday of the year.
Reindeers, snowmen and Christmas lights
Christmas time is the time for reindeers and snowmen. You often see kids decorating their yards with snowmen small, medium and large. Almost every lighted house has reindeers blinking, flying or not, attached on the roofs, walls or just standing on their yards. If you think about it, they seldom fail to bring back happy memories. When you we’re a kid you probably made snowmen of your own with carrots for their noses and stared out your window at night waiting to hear the jingling bells of Santa’s reindeers. If you probably describe Christmas it would be happy, silly, warm (yes, warm), and bright! Everything looks so bright!
Every house, building and stall. Christmas time looks and feels warm and cheerful simply because everything about it, especially the decorations, are so bright and joyous! Reindeers, snowmen and Christmas light, these are some of the most decorations of all time. They are so common but people never get tired of them.

Why is it that every time you start decorating your houses you start humming Christmas songs? It’s because seeing every single thing covered with glittering, blinking and pleasing things can definitely uplift anyone’s spirit. Christmas is about giving, receiving, connecting with family and friends. But the things that make Christmas feel the way as jolly as it is are the decorations that can be found everywhere! As we decorate our homes we are also decorating our hearts with all the good things in life. Christmas is a jolly season because you can see from the decorations everywhere, that people are glad and are celebrating happy times.

The beauty of it all
Christmas brings happiness and hope to all. Children leave cookies and milk for jolly old Santa clause while the adults take the time to spend time with their loved ones. People sometimes overlook them but, our Christmas decorations actually add a lot to the Christmas spirit. People look forward to everything about the holiday season from the start of the ~ber months all because of the effect all the decorations have on us. Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without all the blinking lights, flying reindeers and smiling snowmen!
Decorating for Christmas is, to me, the most important part. I love looking at all of the ornaments that were handed down in my family. Going through the decorations each year is really one of the best times for family memories. Very special.
