Christmas cheesecake

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp white sugar
- 3 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 3-4 cup eggnog
- 2 tbsp rum of your choice
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
- Preheat to 325°F your oven.
- Mix the Graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in a medium bowl. Press the mixture in a 9° spring form pan.
- Bake the pressed mixture in an oven for 10 minutes and allow to cool in a wire rack.
- Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Combine the other ingredients such as cream cheese, flour, sugar, and eggnog in a food processor.
- Process the mixture until it has smoothened. Pour in the rum, eggs and nutmeg in the mixture and place in a cooled crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes in an oven tat has been preaheated.
- Reduce your oven’s heat to 250°F and bake for another 45 minutes or as soon as the the cake’s center has turned firmer. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and loosen from out of the rim.
